SHIPPING

Mudita Mull Designs primarily ships domestic orders through reputable logistics providers. 

The tracking details and carrier information associated with your order will be provided in your shipment confirmation through Email and WhatsApp.

Please note that lead times for processing may vary for each product, as some are ready to ship while others are made to order. For specific lead time information, kindly refer to the product details section.

Items in stock and shipping from our warehouse are usually processed within 1-3 business days. If any item is not in stock, we'll notify you and ship the item separately once it's made available. 

The MSRP displayed are inclusive of all taxes.

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please reach out to us at contact us for us to help with shipping charges , duties costs and other details.

 

RETURNS

We accept returns only in case of damages that occurred during shipping. Please share images or videos (preferably) of any issues found.

Given the artisanal nature of our creations, any perceived imperfections are not indicative of manufacturing flaws but are instead inherent qualities that contribute to the singular artistic expression of each piece.

Items are returnable only if unused, in the state you received it, and in the original packaging (only for domestic deliveries within India).

Sorry but we're unable to support returns and refunds for orders shipped outside of India.

Items purchased at discounted prices cannot be returned.

Custom-made/commissioned items cannot be returned.

Product return requests must be initiated within 24-48 hours of delivery.


CANCELLATION

We can cancel your order only if it has not been shipped. Please contact us for the same and your refund will also be processed.

 

REFUNDS

We will process all the refunds and/or provide credits after the returned goods have been received in original condition and packaging. The value of your order will be refunded, excluding the costs for shipping and handling each way, within 15 working days after we acknowledge the receipt and confirmation of the condition of the returned goods.
